We know you're excited to receive your order - we're just as eager for it to get to you! Most items from designtwentyfive ship within 5-7 business days. If we can get it out the door faster, we absolutely will! If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Time in transit will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. If you need something faster, please contact us prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate!

Common choices are USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). You will receive tracking once your order ships!

*If two shipping methods cost the same, but one delivers faster to you, we'll opt for that method regardless of what you chose at checkout. If you need a specific shipping provider used, please leave a note.*

All efforts are made on my end for a safe & speedy delivery but please note that I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages; once they've left my hands they're unfortunately outside of my control.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?

Please verify your shipping address before checking out! If you notice your address is incorrect after ordering, please simply email us with your order number & updated address. If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you have any concerns regarding your order from designtwentyfive, please don't hesitate to contact us. All feedback is very valuable to us, and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn & grow.

Orders process quickly around here! We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already been moved into processing or been shipped. Please contact us with your order number to start that process. 

We gladly accept returns & exchanges within 30 days if something's not quite right (excludes personalized or custom products).

Visit our Returns Center to submit your request for a return or exchange. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Final sale items
  • T-Shirt of the Month Club shirts
