INVITATIONS | digital & printed
All design proofs will be sent to you via the email provided at checkout within 1-2 business days. Once you approve your design, your final files will be emailed to you. Please note, if choosing the digital file only, no physical product will be shipped.
Printed invitations take 2-3 business days for print after design is approved. Items are shipped free via FedEx Ground and take 3-4 days to arrive once shipped. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Physical products such as tote bags, hats, party cups & koozies, etc, will ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in listing. Apparel items typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Orders will ship via the method chosen at checkout. Common choices are USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). You will receive tracking once your order ships!
All efforts are made on my end for a safe & speedy delivery but please note that I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages; once they've left my hands they're unfortunately outside of my control.
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?
Please verify your shipping address before checking out! If you notice your address is incorrect after ordering, please simply email us with your order number & updated address. If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you have any concerns regarding a product, physical or digital, from designtwentyfive, please don't hesitate to contact us. All feedback is very valuable to us, and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn & grow.
Orders process quickly around here! We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already been moved into processing or been shipped. Please contact us with your order number to start that process. We do not offer cancellations on digital products once work has begun.
We gladly accept exchanges (excludes personalized or custom products). Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order - we'd love to make it right!
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
All sales for digital products are final, however due to the nature of digital products, I am happy to resend any file that may be corrupt or does not work for whatever reason. Please send any questions you may have about the product prior to making your purchase.
Any additional changes for digital invitations & paper goods that are requested after you have approved the proof and the final files have been emailed to you will incur an additional $5.00 charge. Invitation files are kept for one month after purchase and then are removed to create space for future orders. We recommend saving the files to your computer! If you require any changes 30 days after initial purchase date, the invitation set must be re-purchased in full.
For printed invitations, once design has been approved, no further changes can be made. If changes need to be made after approval, the printing service will need to be paid for in full again.
